“On April 3, 2012, my life was turned upside down. I fell from a ladder and broke my leg, a normal injury for most people, but the beginning of a journey full of changes for me. At time time I was loving my career and life as a Stem Cell Transplant and Cancer nurse. The broken leg was the domino that uncovered a life time worth of unanswered medical questions.
